Which one is the younger Tarkin ?

Could it be Gabriel Byrne or Robert Carlyle ??
A flurry of news in the last few days.
The Force.Net were reporting that Casting Director Robin Gurland has been considering Robert Carlyle for a role. Most fans seem to think he or Gabriel Byrne will be given the role of Tarkin.
Also, AICN has been reporting further casting considerations : british actors Christopher Eccleston [SHALLOW GRAVE, ELIZABETH] and Samantha Morton [MINORITY REPORT]. Daniel Logan may also be recalled to reprise his Boba Fett role, while Kamino might be a returning location.
Furthermore, Harry Knowles mentions possible shooting locations in New Zealand, namely the rugged coastline of South Island's Fiordland ......
